Energy Division staff will facilitate a workshop to discuss the procurement expenditure limitation policy established for the Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) program in Senate Bill 2 (1X) (Simitian), Stats. 2011, ch. 1.  The purpose of the workshop is to discuss all issues raised in the July 23, 2013 Administrative Law Judge Ruling, Requesting Comments On Staff Proposal For A Methodology To Implement Procurement Expenditure Limitations for the Renewables Portfolio Standard Program. (R.11-05-005) http://docs.cpuc.ca.gov/PublishedDocs/Efile/G000/M073/K350/73350639.PDF  The workshop will include a presentation by staff on its proposal and presentations by parties that filed alternative proposals. Participants are encouraged to be prepared to discuss the quantitative aspects of the proposals and the impact on the calculation and administration of the procurement expenditure limitation.
