The ISO has scheduled a web conference on March 12, 2014 for its Flexible Resource Adequacy Criteria and Must Offer Obligations initiative. The call will discuss a revised draft final proposal, which includes changes made to the draft final proposal.
The revised proposal will have red lines to identify the changes made to the previous proposal, including, but not limited to:
Additional clarity regarding how resources can qualify for the Base Flexibility category
Changes to the treatment of storage resources for flexible capacity
Modifications to backstop procurement cost allocation for simultaneous generic and flexible capacity deficiencies
The revised draft final proposal will be available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/FlexibleResourc... by close of business today, March 7.
Considering the short time period before the March ISO Board of Governor's meeting, stakeholder comments are not requested.
