The ISO has posted a matrix of its responses to stakeholder comments received on the draft final tariff language for the Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) initiative. The matrix is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/
The stakeholder meeting scheduled on February 10, 2014 is to discuss the draft tariff language, including the stakeholder comments to that language, and whether the ISO will incorporate those comments into the final tariff language, to be filed no later than February 28, 2014.
The ISO has included proposed revisions to the draft tariff in response to stakeholder comments, particularly with respect to the settlements provisions, and will walk through these revisions in the stakeholder meeting. The ISO also intends to post a comprehensive revised redline of the tariff following the stakeholder meeting to reflect all incremental proposed changes. Stakeholders are welcome to submit additional comments, which may be considered in the final version filed by the ISO, but the ISO does not expect to formally respond or host additional stakeholder meetings because of the timeline for filing.
